In recent years, there are many water treatment projects. One of Zhongheng's partners, a key player in the main integrator in the industry, has also received many projects. The customer management decided to outsource programming and debugging of some projects and began to screen suppliers. The customer, strict in supplier selection, has requirements for company qualifications and technical personnel capabilities, and has its own programming standards and rules for field debugging. The contract includeed the programming and debugging of the concentrated brine treatment project in 3 sites at Huineng, Hongqing River and Inner Mongolia, in which Densadeg high density tank process is the core process of the customer.
Densadeg High Density Sedimentation Tank of Discharge System of Inner Mongolia Huineng Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. has been commissioned. Since the completion of acceptance of the project, the system control procedures and various equipment have been running steadily. The total amount of treated water can reach 310 cubic meters/hour. Meanwhile, zero discharge of sewage has been realized, which effectively protects the environment. The ecological environment of the land. In the near future, with the putting into operation of Hongqinghe and Yitai Chemical Projects, it will provide 20,000 cubic meters of industrial water for coal-chemical enterprises every day, which is of great significance for water-deficient cities in the North China.
